Empowering Pathways aims to help you to discover your own inner strength and return to being the alchemist and curator of your life. Sometimes we just need a little help to do this. Integrating CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) with a Person-Centred Approach (treating you as a whole person), Empowering Pathways therapy believes that you have the ability to take control of your own path, find the answers within yourself and feel empowered along the way. This is all within a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment.
Going to see a therapist is no small thing. Yes, it’s one of the best, most life changing investments you can make, but you will be going to talk about such personal, intimate things. Some things that you may have never even shared with someone before. I understand it can be nerve-wracking.
